End of the Semester [07 Dec 2009|11:56pm] piper11 1 paper down, 3 more to go (okay, more like one and two halves). I am happy, drinking a glass of wine and smiling at Bradley. I am so happy. I'm excited to learn more! I'll be meeting so many of Brad's friends in Tucson. I'll be spending a ton of time with his family... like... playing board games... I've never done anything like that! It'll be so weird to experience a functional family for the holidays. I'd really like to know people better. I miss half-drunkenly talking to people for hours, but I don't know how to do that anymore. Parties are terrible. LETS DO THIS THING! OH WE HAVE TO WALK HERE! THERE! OMGS THEY ARE SLEEPING TOGETHER! I just want good friends and honest, haphazard conversations. Sloppily half-yell about Foucault to me. please! I miss Ian Vanwerdenpoleman and sitting on the Ranch smoking cigarettes and getting tipsy and I miss late-night mac and cheese making with Kyle Elton and closing Linn's and drinking tea out of delicate cups in Rebecca's garden and sitting on the floor in Samy's room with his silly cat and sleeping on the trampoline with Maya and parties in the shed at Becky's and spending wayyyy too much time at the Rainbow Bean and going to the cemetery or the high school for absolutely no reason and sleeping out in Becky's mom's cabin, making up stories about the Moose head and picking lavender and sitting in Iain's car at the beach and beginning each day drinking coffee on my porch and walking downtown with no purpose.... post comment
